May was very helpful and nice. Was able to check in earlier than what's stated in listing. Had to call May the day of check-out to see how that worked. There were extra bottle of waters in the fridge. Gave May some suggestions, like bigger trash can in the kitchen, mounting tv above the table and she was nice about it. Beds were super cozy. May be too tight for more than 2 people. Would stay again.

Excellent Accommodation

Our host, May, met us as we arrived and explained where everything was and made sure we were happy with our accommodation. It was located in a beautiful and quiet part of Richmond, only a short walk from public transport and shopping. May went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. She even dropped us off at the airport. We highly recommend this this home away from home.

Our host was absolutely the best! She met us as soon as we got in and helped us get settled. The property was phenomenal - so cozy with the softest bed. It was downright luxurious. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy walk to the local shopping center and bus routes. My partner and I would wholeheartedly stay here again.
