The Sandman hotel front office staff were very friendly and polite and professional. Even though I booked the reservation not knowing that I had to pay by Master Card or Visa Card.but your wonderful evening staff on duty help us out by getting us to pay using my TD Visa Debit Card They were so obliging.very helpful.and always smiling . Thank-you for your all your help.and being so understanding and patience with us. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would share my wonderful experience stay at your hotel to all my friend and family members. Once again thank you very much. Daphne and John

Kind staff who helped us through checking in. One thing we found that wasn't pleasing, our door lock in the hotel room did not work. We called and got moved up one floor, just to find the door didn't lock either!! Called once more and they sent up maintenance up to fix the door and the worker told me it wasn't a big deal it was broken. Finally fixed it, and we had no issues with the door after that. Second room did not have microwave like the first did. Room service food was cold. Both rooms had a view of construction and a wall. Walking distance to everything and sky train was 5 minute walk.

Heater/air in my room was unregulated and difficult to work. I also noticed that their is no plugs unused, it’s ridiculously funny I had to unplug things to charge my phone by my bed. Also, this is not worth 200+ a night. Not even close and I’ll never stay at another sandman again. The extra 75 bucks gets you Immaculate rooms and service.
