We do apologize Mr. Jamal. Not all floors are open as of yet at this property. You did book a traditional room through expedia that we provided for you. We hope maybe in any future booking make a comment on the booking requesting higher floor and we can certainly try to accommodate.

We are sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet with your expectations and you felt that you paid too much for your stay. We always strive to provide the very best in customer service and we do realize that the strike did cause some inconvenience. Most of our guests appreciated the full brunch style breakfast buffet that was offered complimentary each day for all guests. The feedback was that this was more than adequate compensation for the fact the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner. There were numerous local area restaurants that were delivering food to the hotel guests during the dispute. Once again we are sorry that this had a negative affect on your stay. We appreciate all of guests feedback and we have shared your comments and concerns with the other management team members.

There are some rates that include parking just as there are rates that include breakfast. It all depends on the rate that a guest picks when making the reservation. Once again I do apologize for the bad impression you got when checking in with us.
