Very professional and accommodating staff. Loved that the Burrard offered use of bikes, and umbrellas (which we used during a stormy day), ability to print documents in the lobby and in house restaurant and coffee shop.Clean and modern rooms. Easy walks to lots of restaurants, shops and museums. A++

The Burrard is a lovely boutique hotel. Quiet enough considering the location. It’s a short cab ride from Robson St, Gastown, and other desired neighborhoods. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant on the ground level. Room was very clean and bed quite comfy. Staff was friendly. Complimentary Nespresso machine in the room, along with water. TV has decent amount of channels. Very adorable courtyard with lit palm trees, seating and fireplaces. I would definitely stay again.

Small room, but cozy and clean

Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Cons: The parking situation is challenging, but there's not really anything they can do about it.
Location: We were in town for a show at Rodgers Arena. We walked there and back, stopping at a bar on the way for pre-show dinner and drinks.
We arrived in town sooner than we had anticipated, so we called the hotel to ask if we could check in early (1:30pm) and we were told that our room was ready so we could come anytime. Check-in was a breeze - it may have been the quickest hotel check in I have ever experienced! Staff was friendly, answering questions and giving directions when needed. The one elevator was pretty slow, but it got where it was going eventually! Our room was small, but nice. There was a pouf in the corner which I ended up moving into the closet so I had a place to set out the luggage stand - we were just there for one night, so we only had one suitcase, which is good, because I don't know where we could have put a second one! The bed was comfortable, there were outlets and USB ports on both sides of the bed for charging phones, and the coffee machine was nice. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a great option for experiencing Vancouver. Plenty of nearby attractions, very conveniently located. Hotel has a fun, chic feel and attitude and provides you several opportunities to be environmentally aware (optional sheet changing, recycling, etc.)

Perfect location!

We were looking for something that was clean, not over the top, and in a location that was accessible to what he had planned for our stay. This place was just what we wanted! Although it's in a busy part of town, it was quiet and we were able to get quality rest at the end of the day.
