The lady who checked us in and out provided an amazing experience! The room was clean and spacious. But the highlights were the free parking and the lounge area, with free coffee. It was an excellent way to start the morning.

Overall this hotel is fine. Would I stay again? Likely not, if I had a choice. Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. There was sufficient parking. It was easy to get to. Water pressure was good. There was a snack basket in our room. Big hit with the kids. Cons: it was very loud. The hotel doesn’t appear to be soundproofed, and being next to a busy road made for road noise all night. Also anytime a door slammed on a room or the lobby, or people came up the stairs our bed/room shook . We were in the room overtop the lobby and everyone coming or going could be easily heard in the parking lot, on the stairs and in the hall area. The room had a strong artificial air freshener smell to it. If you are scent-sensitive this is something to note. Just info: The sheets are microfibre.

Staff was great, Rooms were pretty good. Scuff marks on things but that is to be expected. Tv has two remotes, kind of confusing. Wi-Fi comes up and drops and then comes back. Slept well and bathroom was perfect

Very wonderful staff that was always courteous and efficient: rooms were always cleaned well, towels always changed, staff present at front desk, etc. We had a nice time sleeping and staying comfortable during the days and nights, with a wonderful patio to access even during rainy days. Loved the quietness of the area, and loved the coffee machines even more! Those hot drinks have saved us for our long days out, both before and after. Having access to a kitchenette also saved us money, and we had the appliances and amenities that we needed. Very close to the airport and other popular Vancouver locations, and wonderful nearby neighborhoods with maple leaves made picture perfect spots. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our one-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is right next to a busy street, but our room wasn’t facing it so it was quiet when the sliding door was closed. The hotel has no restaurants or gym, but we managed without.
