Good location, called boutique but dark and drab especially communal areas. No orange juice for breakfast both days - very dry breakfast of crispy bacon sausage and egg and nothing else - no tomatoes no beans no hash browns no mushrooms! Helpful reception staff and chauffeuring service

We were greeted with kindness and immediately offered an upgrade and a special treat. The price is very reasonable for the amenities. I cant say enough about the friendly staff and the restaurant is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although well located, the hotel is right next to a highway. If you get a room facing the highway, it's impossible to sleep. The staff was able to change our room after 1 night to face the residential area instead, which was great. Otherwise, the rooms look good at first glance but some of the renovations don't make sense.

The location was great and the area is walkable. The bathroom had some marks that looked like mould but nothing was done. Overall it looked a bit old. We were not able to benefit from rooftop or shuttle services as they were either closed or timing didn’t work for us
