The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING cold upon arrival and the heating system made a very loud squeal so the staff brought us a space heater. We went out and explored while it did its thing and came back to a warm room! Everything is spotless, the bed and linens are very comfy and cosy.

From the first staff greeting to the spotless room and super comfortable beds, Parker did not disappoint. Great free shuttle in downtown helped when my mom had enough walking. Great cafes and restaurants in a few blocks, three blocks to Granville Island water taxi - just perfect location.

The Parker Hotel and Rooftop was the perfect pick for our stay in Vancouver as the proximity to downtown is wonderful. The staff (particularly Kiti) were so kind and accommodating.
