We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vannes, at the entry of the Golf of Morbihan, this charming flat of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a private terrace of about 30 m² and a shared garden. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A private terrace of 30 m², facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A shared garden with 4 residents of about 800 m² accessible from the terrace.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Appartement calme, vaste, contemporain et très bien équipé
En dehors de la météo très humide, tout était impeccable. Très beau séjour avec cuisine américaine. Grande chambre avec salle d'eau attenante. Belle terrasse et jardin quand il fait beau. Seuls reproches, accès au hall d'entrée de la maison par un escalier de granit bien pentu, fermeture à clé de l'appartement difficile à revoir, des modes d'emploi des appareils
