This charming apartment with a covered west terrace and its own lawn is perfect for families with kids! In a prime location right on the dike, 2 + 2 people plus baby can enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the new North Sea Park Dangast.

In the “Young Family” special emphasis was placed on the satisfaction of the little guests. In addition to a high chair, a toddler bed with sep. Mattress, a Quinny Zapp buggy, toilet seat, potty and also a baby bathtub are also available for you in the case of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
Various children's toys, a selection of board games and a sandpit complete the equipment for young families.

From the entrance area with a cloakroom it goes into the cozy living and dining area. The compact living area with a cozy couch and comfortable armchairs offers enough space to relax and unwind. For the night, the couch can be folded out to a full bed with a full 160 x 200 cm lying surface. This increases the number of beds to 4.
All walls to the garden consist of large, floor-to-ceiling glass elements (together approx. 20 m² glass surface) and allow a lot of light inside. Elegant curtains provide the necessary privacy protection when required. Entertainment is well catered for thanks to the flat-screen TV and hi-fi system. The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you get to the covered west terrace with garden furniture and an adjoining lawn area, which is secluded by hedges and trees.

From the entrance area you go left into the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, a towel heater and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort.

From the living-dining area you reach your bedroom via an elegant sliding glass door. The bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed, flat-screen TV and an impressive XXL wall unit offers plenty of natural light, but as in the living area, it can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to opaque curtains.

A storage room with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and various cleaning utensils complete the harmonious overall offer.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

There is a bicycle room in the basement for your bicycles or e-bikes.

- Daily free entry to the DanGast spring bath: As a special treat, all guests of this penthouse receive free entry to the DanGast spring bath every day (1.5 hour tariff). Swimming pleasure even in bad weather!
- Your free beach chair on the Dangaster sandy beach is already reserved! On arrival you will receive a beach chair card from us. With this card you can use a beach chair on the beach of Dangast every day in high season. (Only applies in the summer season, otherwise the beach chair can also be made available to other guests.)
