Belle maison dans quartier calme, mais propreté inadmissible surtout en cette période Covid !

Points positifs : - belle maison, bien équipée, jardin agréable et bien entretenu - quartier très calme - bon emplacement, possibilité d'aller à pied à la plage ou au marché quotidien du centre ville, bien placé également pour les balades en voiture (pas besoin de passer par le centre ville de Royan) Points négatifs : - ménage pas fait à notre arrivée (nous sommes passés directement derrière la propriétaire, et le ménage n'a été fait ni par la propriétaire ni par l'agence qui gère la location et donc les arrivées/départ) => inadmissible vu le tarif payé (env. 2600€ pour 2 semaines + forfait ménage à notre départ) et vu la période de crise sanitaire où la propreté est d'autant plus importante !!! - procédure d'arrivée très "light" (5 minutes pour tout faire), il a fallu insister pour avoir une procédure de départ sur place avec remise du chèque de caution, et bien sûr vu la rapidité il nous manquait le badge du portail électrique pour rentrer la voiture devant la maison, donc appel téléphonique puis attente de la personne pour avoir le badge. => des points négatifs qui ne sont pas du tout agréables après avoir fait 750kms, et après ça il faut encore aller faire les premières courses puis revenir et faire du ménage pour ne pas commencer ses vacances dans une maison sale. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des maisons pour nos vacances (très souvent par Abritel) et c'est la première fois que nous trouvons un logement avec le ménage pas fait.
