Additionally, the flat includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a storage room, and a convenient redoubt area. Washing machines and dryers are conveniently located next to the flat for your convenience. A reserved parking space in the underground garage with direct access to the flat is also provided, ensuring hassle-free accessibility.
