It features two bedrooms, with one room having a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other room has a double bed and a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms in total, with the second bathroom having a toilet and a bathtub. The flat also includes a living area combined with a dining and kitchen area, as well as a balcony.

The holiday flat comes equipped with various amenities for your convenience. It has a dishwasher and a television. The maximum capacity of the flat is 5 people. The property also offers an indoor swimming pool and a sauna for general use by guests. Additionally, the flat has Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected during your vacation.

It is in the immediate vicinity of the free sports bus and various shopping facilities, making it a convenient base for all winter and summer activities for the whole family. The house, called Astoria, is on the first floor and has a lift for easy access.
Please note that the visitor's tax is charged separately and must be paid on-site by the landlord (CHF 4.50 per night for persons over 16 years old, while those under 16 are exempt). The bed linen charge includes towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office for a deposit.
Cancellation policies apply, with cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival being free of charge, except for a handling fee of CHF 100.00. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both you and the substitute tenant will be jointly and severally liable for the rent. In case of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.
