Oceanview, peaceful and private new vacation home located on 3.5 acres of hilltop near Paraiso, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Situated in the beautiful Pura Jungla Nature Reserve. Enjoy quiet shaded walks in the nature reserve that is within Pura Jungla.

This 875 sq ft, 1 bedroom with incredible jungle and ocean vista and picturesque infinity pool overlooks the valley below and oceanview at Playa Blanca and Playa Negra Sleep in peace on the King size bed in the private bedroom. The couch converts to ample sleeping for a third person. Enjoy watching the sun set in the Pacific ocean while relaxing on the deck or from within the pool. Separate laundry and bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. Free hi-speed internet is included.

Enjoy nature and local wildlife, the many nearby restaurants and choose from numerous quiet beaches all within 10 minutes depending on your preference for swimming, snorkelling, or surfing.

Only a half hour from Tamarindo and Santa Cruz, and just over an hour drive from Liberia airport on excellent paved roads. The spectacular views of this property are equalled by the breezes coming either from the mountains behind or from the ocean and valley below.

On our first night, Dave and Liz saved us from getting lost on the road into their property. After a long travel day it was a big relief. Our two week stay was a peaceful retreat. We went to many of their “Soda” recommendations which were great! The less than an hour drive to Tamarindo Beach provided many attractions and shopping. Thanks Dave & Liz we’ll be back!
