This charming townhouse is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac above the picturesque fishing village of Lagos, about 50 km east of Málaga on the Costa del Sol. Lagos is a peaceful seaside spot with a natural pebble beach—perfect for those seeking relaxation and authenticity. The sea is just a 5-minute drive away.
The lovingly furnished house offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Three south-facing terraces provide impressive views of the sea and the historic Torre Ladeada, a former Moorish watchtower. You can enjoy stunning vistas from all three terraces as well as from every living and sleeping area.
The pool and pool level offer shade and refreshment on hot days. The living-dining room features a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table for six, TV with German channels, and fast fiber-optic internet. From the living area, you access the balcony with sea view, which is also connected to the modern, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete tableware).
Two bedrooms accommodate up to 5 guests: The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning; the second bedroom offers two single beds plus a pull-out bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a guest WC with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, a hairdresser, and the Torrox Costa weekly market (Mondays) are just minutes away. Baviera Golf Course is only 7 km away. Quiet, traffic-free parking is available in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
