Exceeds all expectations

This is an exceptional flat. Beautifully, artistically appointed, fully equipped with modern appliances, both private and safe. A real getaway in a residential area, yet still very close to all the attractions. Easily accessible along the waterbus lines. The hosts are kind, helpful and hospitable.

Un alojamiento perfecto.edificio muy tranquilo y cerca de una calle en la que había de todo, supermercados, bares…El alojamiento tenía calefacción y al llegar estaba puesta, cosa que agradecimos porque llegamos ya de noche. La limpieza de 10, algo muy importante para nosotros. La cocina tenía de todo, en el baño el agua caliente salía enseguida y había comodidad en todos los sentidos. La cama era enorme y cómoda.Andando estás a 10-13min de la Plaza San Marcos y a 2-3min tienes un vaporetto que te lleva donde quieras.Giuseppe fue formidable, atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, nos recomendó lugares y nos dejó salir más tarde del alojamiento para poder aprovechar bien el día.Sin duda volvería.

Located in a quiet area, the apartment features some pieces of wonderful old woodwork furniture. It is very close to the Giardini della Biennale park, the only green area in Venice to my knowledge. Very well connected with the transportation system, and walking distance from Piazza San Marco. An excellent nest to rest after days full of walking visiting the city and its museums. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Appartamento ben curato e pulito situato nella zona residenziale ma con tutti i servizi disponibili a pochi minuti da casa e la fermata del vaporetto molto vicina Il signor Giuseppe molto disponibile a darci tutte la informazione e la signora Roberta che ci ha accolto per il check in molto cordiale e gentili e ci ci ha suggerito ottimi posti da visitare e locali dove mangiare tipici piatti venezziani Grazie per la bellissima esperienza non vediamo l'ora di tornarci

Besuch in Venedig

Der Aufenthalt in Venedig hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten sehr viel über Venedig lernen und auch die Erholung kam nicht zu kurz. Besonderer Dank gilt Giuseppe, dem Betreuer der Fewo, der uns mit Rat und Tat sehr geholfen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
