Bright 50 sqm apartment with garden in the heart of Venice, a quarter of an hour's walk from the famous Piazza San Marco. The accommodation, which can accommodate up to 3 people, is located on the ground floor of a period building. Please note that there is a step to access the apartment. The property is not suitable for children.
The property consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a single bed, a living room with a full kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with an outdoor sitting area.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed and INTERNAL BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, WC;
- LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, KITCHEN with gas hob, minibar, freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed;
- COURTYARD (access from the living room) with a small table and outdoor chairs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (exhaust holes in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer and iron.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venice. From April 25th the experimental application of the contribution to access the ancient city of Venice is planned, by following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher for free access to the ancient city of Venice.

The apartment is located a few minutes on foot from the "Celestia" vaporetto stop (4 minutes on foot) and from the "Arsenale" stop (12 minutes on foot).

- From Venice Marco Polo AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment with the Blue Line of the "Alilaguna" water bus to the "Ospedale" stop, an 8-minute walk from the property.

- From Venice Santa Lucia STATION, you can reach the apartment with the 5.2 water bus to the "Celestia" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by CAR, you can park for a fee at the AVM Municipal Garage or at Garage San Marco, both near the Piazzale Roma car terminal.
