Location, location, location!

Sparkling, clean and bright home with fenced-in backyard that includes a heated pool and screened lanai. Our home is a small pet friendly but please refer to additional conditions and a pet fee. It is located near Shamrock Park which features walking and bike paths along the Intracoastal Waterway, Venice and Englewood beaches and historic downtown Venice. Historic Downtown areas of both Venice and Englewood are offering an abundance of dining, shopping, boutiques, gift shops, pubs, grills and really everything that will make this a perfect vacation. Also, lots of fishing opportunities and boating. This is a perfect holiday getaway; with everything you could possibly want within a few minutes by bike or car. Don’t miss this opportunity to get out of the cold and land right into Paradise!

Comfortable home, great location!

We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!
