The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar to the rear is well-equipped and designed to make optimum use of the available space and, in keeping with the rest of the apartment (excluding bathrooms), has gorgeous wooden parquet flooring heightening the overall feeling of quality and adding a dash of period charm, while air-conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi internet connection and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor add to the comfort and ease of your stay.

Very well located between the Rialto area in the north (with its famous food markets and labyrinth of alleyways) and the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide âfondamenteâ, antique shops and galleries) and only two minutesâ walk to the 14th century Church of the Frari, Campo San Polo and the jaw-dropping Tintoretto-filled Scuola Grande Di San Rocco.
Moments to a well-stocked 'Billa' supermarket and a great range of restaurants for both dining in and eating out and a stoneâs throw to the vaporetto stop and 'Traghetto' gondola ferry at San Toma on the Grand Canal - ideal for trips (during operating times) over to the 'must-see' attractions of the San Marco district and beyond.
For arrivals between 8.00 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
