The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is well located, very clean, and is easy walking distance of San Marco square and the Grand Canal. Many interesting shops are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Really great beautiful hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent staff. No restaurant but a lounge and a lovely garden. Great grocery store right around the corner for good food wine beer etc if you’ve had enough of the crowds and high prices. Highly recommend!

Best check-in experience of my trip, great start to my stay. Guy that checked me in was so helpful, they also send you a link with local recommendations. Hotel was beautiful, room was amazing and location was very central. Would definitely stay here again and felt very safe staying here alone

Our stay was great! Check-In was easy. Our room was cozy and clean. We were able to get to hotel via water bus. The location is perfect, we were able to walk easily to stores, restaurants, and museums. We had an amazing time. We had an early flight (6am) and the front desk helps us book a water taxi back to the airport. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!!
