We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated. It was close to everything. The owners were very accommodating. You could tell they took pride and took great care of their Airbnb. I would definitely return.

Lovely stay

The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay. Alessandro was very welcoming and showed us around the room, the coffee machine and free drinks in the room was very much appreciated. The area was very quiet and convenient. We had the small room and it was cozy and super clean. We were able to have our 2 big suitcases open and move around the room. Alessandro was super polite and let us drop off our suitcases early. He’s a great host.

The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly - that was sadly not the case in many other places we stayed at during our European Summer vacation. The entire property was immaculately clean. The toilet was powerful and responsive. Several beverages were waiting in the fridge and snacks on the table free of charge. The bed, pillows, and sheets allowed for a good night's sleep each and every night. The owner made sure to send helpful maps/directions so we knew which vaporetto to use to get there. I can't stress how much extra effort the owner puts into this hotel to try and give you an experience that makes you resent the majority of the other hotels you will stay at in your lifetime.

Location - walkable to busy streets ( less than 100m ) very quiet at night , good for resting location. Host - very friendly , came out to fetch us to lodging area, preventing us from getting lost. Even went the extra mile to recommend their local delicacy's and offer to help book water taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended and will come back to stay again!

Alessandro was so welcoming. Great communication before arrival and so welcoming when we arrived and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The guest house is quaint but had everything we needed. Super clean, beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We would book at Ca Patron again when visiting Venice!

The owner was very helpful prior to our stay by giving us a downloadable map to find the hotel and responding promptly when arriving to make sure we could find the place. He went over how everything functions so as to make sure we knew how everything worked and also to guarantee a smooth stay by answering questions especially when looking for the best mode of transportation back to the train station. He put balloons out to celebrate our anniversary which my wife and I appreciated making our stay even better. The location is great. It's quiet and away from the busiest tourist spots but within walking distance of everything, so you could easily go whenever you'd like. The place was very clean and was taken care of. There were also umbrellas available since it did rain for part of our trip which are free to use. This made our stay convenient as we did not need to pack an umbrella and we did not want to wander around looking for one to buy either. The room had snacks and drinks available for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful as well. So many positive things to consider when staying at a hotel. I would recommend friends to stay here when they visit Venice!

We loved our stay at Ca Patron guesthouse with Alessandro! He was such a welcoming host and very responsive to any and all needs! The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable! The snacks and complimentary drinks were so great after a busy travel day! The location couldn’t be more perfect, a quiet tucked away street but so walkable to all the sights!

Alessandro was immensely helpful and communicative both before and during our stay. The property was a sparklingly clean bijou palace. The location is ideally situated 15 minutes walk from basically everywhere. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely stay here again on a future visit.
