The master bedroom boasts a brand-new king bed, a 55” SMART TV, and a spacious bathroom with a built-in shower and walk-in closet. Step onto the screened porch from the master room and savor your morning coffee before easily accessing the pool area.

The second bedroom features another brand-new king bed, a 55” SMART TV, and a cozy reading nook. A conveniently located second bathroom ensures comfort and privacy.

Prepare meals in our well-equipped kitchen or dine at nearby eateries. Our dining table seats six and overlooks the pool area.

Outside, relax by the pool on comfortable chairs, beneath a generous umbrella. Adjacent, a screened porch offers a serene sitting area with two fans for added comfort to enjoy out the outdoors rain or shine.

Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a 65” SMART TV and ample seating. A two-car garage with laundry facilities, beach chairs, blankets, and toys, cater to your every need.

We welcome one cat or dog with a $150 nonrefundable fee (applied upon booking). Additional pets may be considered on a case by case basis.

Spotless & comfortable

We arrived to a very clean, & comfortable home...The bedding & towels were fresh. We especially appreciated the two king sized beds & large screen TV'S. Also, a bath for each bedroom.The kitchen was well equipped, along with some basic cooking supplies. The garage was wonderful with the 90 temps. Although, a opener or key pad would have been helpful. There are A LOT of VRBO fees. Otherwise, the home, host & stay was very nice. Sharon & Kurt Destin FL

Several issues were apparent when we got there. The grass hadn't been cut, the pool water was green, the ice maker didn’t work and the garage door opener was broken. These are major pieces that we paid for. I've never had to report problems like this before at any property. The host, Katina was very receptive. Her son cut the grass the next day and the pool people were also there. But, we couldn't use the pool until the 3rd day. She stopped by twice to check on the ice maker and the garage door opener that were never fixed. I believe that a partial refund is appropriate.

A friend and I stayed here while visiting an old friend in Venice, We weren’t in the house a lot but everything was as stated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
