Very nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay here and the staff was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions, they also spoke really great English. Eric was amazing and made sure we had no issues during our stay. I loved how the location was close to everything but not dead in the middle of the noise and busy movement.

Tranquil area of Venice which was a plus for us, close to the train station and vaporetto. Breakfast was great and a major convenience. The air conditioning was broken in our original room and it was very hot outside. We were eventually moved to a different room and our kids ended up having to share a pull out couch instead of having their own beds, but at least it was cool. Rooms are a little dark and dated, but overall a good experience.

If you’re looking for an upscale boutique hotel in Venice, this location checks all of the boxes. The location is clean, well decorated, and has a strong air conditioner. I highly recommend the breakfast here. It has been one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Europe.

The property was away from all the touristic areas, but still about 25 walking distance. The area is quiet , mainly locals but does have near by restaurants and Taxi service for a charge. Be aware the rooms have downstairs bathroom and living room with loft style bedroom.

“Perfect Stay in the Heart of Venice!”

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Venice, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a unique Venetian charm. While it was a bit darker than expected, it added to the intimate atmosphere, which we grew to appreciate. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom to the bathroom, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay in Venice with warm and attentive service, I highly recommend this hotel. Five stars!
