Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from shopping plaza’sđŸ›ïž ,restaurants and barsđŸč, Venice fishing pier🐠 and historic downtown Venice! Surrounded by many beautiful beachesđŸ–ïž,Venice is the shark tooth🩈capital of the world. Hiking/biking trails, boat rentals, and golf courses can also be found nearby.

This home 🏠 sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

-The living room is complete with cozy couches perfect for relaxing, it also is equipped with a large smart tv, free wifi, and cable.

-The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and stand mixer. Cookware,plates,cups,glasses,pots,pans, and cooking utensils/silverware are also provided. We also have all cooking essentials like pepper, oil, salt, sugar, etc..

-The two full bathrooms 🛀are stocked with towels, hand-soap and a hair dryer.

-The bedrooms 🛌ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone. Each room in furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. We provide an iron and ironing board.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool and the wonderful outside patio space with a private backyard all fenced in. Pool floats, beach chairs, sun umbrella’s ,cooler and beach towels are provided. The backyard also includes a barbecue and lounge chairs.

This was the perfect place for our family. The home was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The heated pool was amazing. They had everything you needed, towels, beach chairs, toys, games. Our host, Damian was kind, quick to respond to my questions, and made everything very easy. We felt so welcome and would love to return!

Home away from Home

House was like being home in TN; very clean and well stocked with everything you would need!! Beds were comfortable, couches were cozy, kitchen well equipped to cook, pool was clean and relaxing, tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and even surprised by the dart board and game table in the garage. Less than 10min drive over to Venice Pier to enjoy the beach; free parking! Found our first Megladon tooth this trip! We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you for hosting such a great home!

Beautiful home nice neighborhood

This house has been nicely renovated and very well maintained. Ample space for 5 adults and a dog. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Damian the host was very helpful and promptly responded with any questions we had.

Everything was 'as-advertised', even exceeded expectations. Was a great place to just relax, pool was great, even made a couple of burgers on the grille. Place had everything. Was close to everything Venice had to offer. Damian was awesome with comunications. Answered all questions within minutes. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great little spot. We really enjoyed the house and the back lanai. The house was clean when we arrived and we had no issues getting into the house with the instructions. We will stay there again if we are in Venice for another event!

First vacation after the lost of my husband.

I lost my husband this past October, it has been been the hardest few months for my son(15) and myself. I booked this place because it was a nice place for my sister, her husband, his service animal and my niece to spend time together. The last time my son and I were with family the US navy handed me a flag. It was nice to be able to have a peaceful calm get together. The property was close to everything. Clean, fully stocked and well maintained. The property management responded to my messages very quickly and fixed my issue with my booking that i did which i appreciated so much because it was very emotional for me. Thank you for everything ❀

The house is nice and the location couldnt be better. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a few issues with what we got with this house versus the money we paid to stay. We did have a great vacation. The issues are as follows Propane for grill was empty/grill uncleaned AC would not keep up no matter what, one of the rooms never got below 80 degrees The walk in master shower didn’t drain and we had to use the tub shower the whole time Minimal issues in the grand scheme but probably wouldn’t pay top dollar to stay here again

Great Stay!

We have 2 adults + 4 kids under the age of 8. This was a wonderful property and we wish we had more time! The house was impeccably clean and impressively well-stocked! They had absolutely everything we could have needed!! So many towels, gear for the pool and beach and evening cleaning supplies & dishwasher pods. Plenty of space for everyone to enjojy - especialy the pool which we had heated for our stay. Communication with Damian was great - he was quick to respond and answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!

The great Florida experience

It was great we got the experience of living in Florida. The neighborhood is quite and the people were friendly. We joined planet fitness, went to the beach enjoyed the restaurant and even grilled at the house. The home had everything we needed. We are already thinking about next year. Thank you!!

Wonderful home for a Florida Vacation

Great location for exploring Venice and the surrounding areas. We loved the pool and the fenced in yard for our dog. Quiet neighborhood. We all felt very comfortable and at home there.
