The apartment, finely furnished in classic Baroque style, is a true jewel of refinement. Each room is embellished with majestic Bohemian crystal chandeliers that, with their sparkling reflections, give a luminous and sumptuous atmosphere. The nineteenth-century period furniture, expertly restored, integrates perfectly with the artistic decorations, creating an environment of sophisticated elegance.
The large living rooms, with high ceilings and decorative stuccos, offer ideal spaces for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The dining room, dominated by a large solid wood table is perfect for dinners with family or friends. The kitchen, while maintaining a classic style, is fully equipped with modern high-end appliances, ensuring practicality and functionality.
The three bedrooms, furnished with great taste, each have their own particularity... The master bedroom is a refuge of luxurious tranquility, furnished with a queen-size bed with an antique velvet headboard and draped curtains that fall softly at the sides of the windows, creating a romantic and relaxing environment. The second bedroom is characterized by an elegant wrought iron bed, with finely crafted details that recall the style of the nineteenth century. The third bedroom, more modern, is equipped with two pull-out beds that, if necessary, can be joined to form a comfortable double bed.

In terms of transport, Piazza Ferretto enjoys a strategic position that makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Venice and other nearby locations. The Venezia Mestre train station, one of the most important in northern Italy, is easily accessible and offers frequent and direct connections to Venezia Santa Lucia, located in the heart of the lagoon city. The train journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes, ensuring quick and convenient access to Venice.

In addition, the T1 tram line offers a direct connection between Mestre and Venice, passing through several stops that allow you to explore the urban area quickly and comfortably.

City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

Please note that the tourist tax must be paid regardless of whether you have already stayed in another accommodation in the previous days or whether you will stay in another hotel or accommodation facility in the following days. This is because the tax is calculated at municipal level and is based on the number of nights each guest spends in each accommodation facility.
For the payment of the tourist tax, you can refer to the online self check-in link that you will receive before your arrival. During the procedure, the amount will be correctly calculated according to the number of guests and nights of your stay, and you will be able to pay it directly in a simple and secure way.

Check-in: Our apartments are equipped with automatic opening systems. This means that, on the morning of your arrival day, and not earlier for security reasons, you will receive the access codes that will allow you to enter the apartment. The same codes can be used throughout your stay.
For the first access, we kindly ask you to call us when you arrive in front of the external gate or main entrance of the building. Our team will open the external access remotely, allowing you to reach the apartment.
Once inside the apartment, you will also find the physical keys, which you can use throughout your stay to open any gates, main doors or external building accesses.
Please make sure you have a working phone with you upon arrival and contact us as soon as you are in front of the external entrance of the building, so that we can properly assist you with your first access.
