The space

This is a private, single-unit home with an independent entrance (no shared indoor common areas with other guests). The entry hall is on the ground floor (generally in a “dry zone”), and a short internal staircase leads up to the main apartment.

If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, then continue by vaporetto or water taxi.
