Description de l'appartement: Lumineux appartement récemment rénové avec terrasse privée entourée d'un espace vert équipé avec table et chaises. Il s'agit d'un troisième étage avec l'ascenseur jusqu'à le deuxième étage. Dans le centre de Venise, à quelques pas du pont du Rialto. Il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double, armoire, tiroirs. Dans le deuxième un table avec les chaises et un canapé-lit et la porte fenetre qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse. Salle de bain avec fenetre, avec WC, lavabo, et une nouvelle (2019) cabine de douche.
Le coin cuisine est entièrement équipée avec plaques chauffantes, réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes, grille-pain, presse-agrumes électrique. L' appartement est muni d'air conditionné, de chauffage autonome. Vous trouverez le sèche-cheveux, la machine à laver, fer à repasser, connexion Internet gratuite.
La terrasse est équipée avec table, chaises et chaises longues et est décoré avec des plantes diverses, jasmin, chèvrefeuille, lierre américains, le bambou ..... c'est un réel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner ou dîner en toute tranquillité et le calme à quelques pas du pont Rialto et à 5 minutes de Place san Marco.

I can not say enough how pleased we were with our little apartment in Venice. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook. The terrace was wonderful just to sit and have a cup of coffee or glass of wine or eat a nice meal. The host was responsive and friendly. Outstanding Location

A small but very quaint property - it has everything we needed to enjoy a full week in Venice. The patio is a huge plus. The location as well as the sense of privacy made for a peaceful stay in the very heart of Venice. The property manager was helpful and always attentive.

Highly recommend only a short walk to Rialto vaporetto stop. Many places to eat, market, etc. Apt. Is very quiet at night and the host Mariateresa meets you at check in and explains everything about the keys, the A/C etc. She was fast in answering all our questions.

Wonderful apartment, great location, great host!

Mariateresa made us feel extremely welcome & comfortable. She met us at the ferry & even booked train tickets for us, as well as finding out about events & concerts we might like. The place is so conveniently located we walked almost everywhere. It is also very quiet though close to some fantastic shops & a quick walk to San Marco Square. We recommend her lovely apartment.

This apartment is in a prime location close to a very busy area, lots of food and shops, and public transit. Yet it is a quiet oasis! The terrace is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle a block away - during the day you'll hear the bells tolling from a nearby clock tower and, if you're lucky, the faint sounds of an opera singer rehearsing her aria in the distance. Mariateresa is an excellent communicator and host! She has considered everything you might need for your visit. Stay here!

Our host was wonderful with great communication. Because the weather was rainy we were unable to use the beautiful outside patio. The apartment is very small and like most of Venice very old.

Great location. Charming apartment.

We spent five wonderful days here. Just a very short walk from the Ponte Realto, so the location is ideal for experiencing all of the wonder of Venice. Easy access to the vaporetto (water bus) and also just a short walk to quieter neighborhoods. The apartment is clean, comfortable and secure and includes a lovely shaded terrace for breakfast. Our host, Mariateresa greeted us as we got off the boat from the airport and kept in touch as needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment quiet yet close to Rialto

This property is located approximately 20 yards from the Rialto bridge, but in a very quiet and peaceful corner. It is very comfortable, well equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay. I could not recommend more highly, Mariateresa met us on arrival despite the late hour, and was the perfect host. If you are considering this apartment,don't hesitate, you will be delighted.

Great apartment

We were 5 hours delayed but the owner was absolutely great waiting til 1am to welcome us. The apartment is so close to Rialto and has a great patio area. Bed really comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom is quite small and im quite tall so I had some difficulty getting in and out of the shower. Otherwise a great quirky little apartment.

Just the perfect little place

This little apartment is a peaceful, idyllic hideaway in the middle of the city. It's perfect for one or two people, or perhaps two people and a child. Our host made it very easy to find the place and gave us all the information we needed to have a great time. It had everything we needed. We loved the little garden patio, and the fact that you just go out your door and your very close to everything you might want to see in Venice. As advertised, it's just about a half block away from the Rialto Bridge, but on a quiet back street. Most big cities are very noisy, but not in this apartment. We slept very well at night. The apartment is also very close to a couple of grocery stores. There were a few mosquitoes, but the hosts have kindly provided in-room plug-in mosquito repellant, as well as topical mosquito repellent. We loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer!

The most comfortable and centrally located apartment in Venice!

This is by far the best apartment we've ever stayed in Italy! The apartment is located just a few steps away from the Rialto Bridge. It's busy on the street level but once you are in the apartment, you hear nothing! The owner Mariateresa is very detailed oriented and makes sure we know our way to her apartment. We were greeted by Ferruccio at the Rialto Bridge’s water bus stop. The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in N.America) with elevator. We have no problem fitting ourselves with two medium size luggage, a backpack and camera bag into the elevator. The apartment is clean, bright and has everything we need during our stay. You can tell that the owner puts a lot of thoughts into making sure her guests are well accommodated.
