Kitchen & Dining: Whether you’re cooking up a family meal or enjoying a snack by the pool, our fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and spacious dining area will make you feel right at home.

Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is your personal paradise, complete with a heated saltwater pool, shaded lanai, and plenty of lounging areas surrounded by 30 palm trees! You can even bring your pets to run and play in the fenced-in yard! Plus, we have parking space for boats, campers, or both.

Fun in the sun!

Everything was wonderful at this home and we all enjoyed our vacation. We spent time around the pool, sat in the patio area for a few meals and were able to just relax. The house is spacious and clean and very well stocked. We appreciated the chairs to take to the beach and all the beach towels, etc. Great Florida vacation!

The perfect vacation house

This property has everything we want in a vacation house. The house, pool and yard are beautiful and spacious and well furnished. It feels like being at your own home, but in a resort setting. This is the second time we have stayed at The Palms and plan to stay again many more times.

Perfect for family getaway

Excellent home and location, the property managers are super friendly and very responsive. The pool area felt like we were at our own little resort, spacious and plenty of seating. The furniture inside was very comfortable, with plenty of space to watch movies and gather. We will definitely consider staying at this house again if we are in the area. Our kids asked if we could stay another week!

This trip was a great getaway from the northern chill. The location was in the middle of everything and close to the beaches. Highly recommend. Property was ideal for our needs. Owners were great, even stopped by to help with the trash added bonus was the gopher turtle who stopped by to lunch on the backyard grass.

Home away from Home

One of the reasons we choose this home was that it was dog friendly and had a fenced yard. The moment we entered our furry friend felt right at home. It was super clean - you could not tell that it was pet friendly, has everything you will need for two or four legged visitors. The host was quick to respond with recommendations for activities and restaurants. We loved it so much we will definitely be back to any of their properties

This house had everything we needed for the beach, fully fenced in yard for our dog with privacy from neighbors and room to run and play. The pool was perfect with lots of seating. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they texted us a few times to see if we needed anything. They even offered to mail us the bathing suits we left in the dryer. We had a great trip and my advice to you is just book this house.

Everything about the experience was of high value and class. From the customer service Greg provided leading up to and throughout our stay via text and email. To all amenities at the VRBO including but not limited to toiletries, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and spices and condiments, the pool, and location. lofurnishings, instructions, and location.

Wonderful rental

My family travels to Venice a couple times a year. We really enjoyed staying at this house. The house was very clean and had every thing you need to feel right at home. The only draw back was the weather was chilly and the solar blanket for the pool did not heat the pool up enough for us to comfortably swim. Greg did mention that a heater was going to be installed which will be a great addition to this place . We will definitely want to rent this house again next season especially with the pool heater. We felt right at home and enjoyed our vacation. Making memories!

Family friendly and wonderful

We enjoyed the house completely. It had all the necessities to make us feel at home. The owner’s of the home were super helpful, optimistic, & understanding. We are definitely going back next year. It was hard to leave to say the most. They had everything we needed in the home. I would recommend it 100%. It was family friendly and in a friendly neighborhood. The pool was clean and the yard was kept up. If any isssues came up it was addressed immediately and taken care of. 10/10 experience.

Perfect place for a family Christmas get together.

Our stay at the Palms was wonderful. The home is spacious enough for 2 families where the kids enjoyed being in the bunk room. We had little ones and a pack and play and 2 high chairs were provided by the owner. Excellent communication with the owner. The home had a plumbing issue and the owner had a plumber come fix the problem the same day. The muffins and oj was a very nice welcome for our stay. The pool was clean warm and the kids had a blast swimming almost everyday. We went to the nearby Shamrock Park and also visited the Mature Center. Both were great with the kids. One of our best meals out was at Mi Pueblo close by. The atmosphere is very lively (good with the kids) and the Christmas lights were phenomenal. This was a geeat home to stay at especially if you need a bit of space and would highly recommend to everyone.

Family Thanksgiving

This house is very clean and very well stocked. We chose this house because of the double oven, and we were happy to find the kitchen had every pan/pot serving dish we needed to put together a Thanksgiving meal for eight people. The house is VERY dog friendly. The laundry room has a doggie door with access to the back yard (we had to crawl through the door to show the dog how it worked) LOL. For our trip to the beach there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags and towels available and In the evenings we sat outside by the beautiful pool and played games. Checking in and out was super smooth and simple. Thank you Greg and Tracy for all your thoughtful extra touches that truly made our thanksgiving a memorable one!

Wow! Incredible Vacation!

We returned last night from our stay at The Palms on Shamrock. This home was PERFECT for our family. Greg and Tracy have gone above and beyond to provide everything needed for a great vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and even nicer than the pictures. The open concept was really fun for hanging out as a family watching movies, playing games, reading, etc. Bedrooms were quiet and beds comfortable. We loved the pool area and ate all of our meals outside on the covered patio. Having the beach supplies (umbrellas, canopy tent, boogie boards, beach bags, loads of beach towels, etc) was a huge treat! The home is close to everything... the beach, tennis courts, restaurants, Nokomis Grove orange ice cream (a must), and Walmart. Yet it was secluded and the trees and landscaping made us feel as though we were in our own personal resort. I am hopeful we will be able to return someday!
