This is tucked away , a short walk from the very cheap bus into Venice Staff were exceptionally cheerful and helpful especially Georgia and the room was spacious and very clean , towels changed daily and room well attended We’d happily stay here again

It’s just a short easy few minutes walk to train station. The hotel room is spotlessly clean and it’s like a 4-star hotel but priced at 2-star hotel. Will definitely stay again.

I was absolutely surprised when i reached the property! I’ve been solo traveling staying at affordable hotels and the price i got for one night was not only great, but the room itself was as well! very up to date, clean, comfortable! Everyone at reception was a pleasure to talk to and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved this hotel. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Close to the train station and buses. Make sure and reserve you breakfast the next morning as it will be one of the best you have had. Room are very nice and clean. Winderful hotel. Only thing was tge neighborhood. Is not full of italians, but a different group of people who must have immigrated there. Book this hotel and enjoy the venice area. We recommmend

Really nice room with a great atmosphere. We opened the shades on the skylights and let the sun wake us up in the morning. Easy walk to the train and in town for meals.

It is a cozy room; staff are attentive and feel secure staying there. It's also very close to a supermarket where you can get snacks and drinks back to the hotel within walking distance. Easily get to the nearby bus stop and travel to the main attractions
