A great location to explore Venice on your doorstep, the room was cool and had all you need, we never cooked but a full size hob and fridge there for those that like to, streets can be like a maze but you get used to it. Easy reach of food and drink places and the local food shops and Spar, highlights Burano and a Vivaldi church concert and just generally exploring the streets and churches, would definitely come back

I needed a code to open a keybox. They repeatedly sent non-working links. I asked repeatedly, send my number on whats app. Etc. They replied without giving me access. I have been a seasoned travel for many years. I tolerate a lot AVOID Morons.

The apartment is well located and, once the initial issues were resolved, the rest of our stay was fine. However, our arrival experience was very disappointing. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication regarding access to the apartment, cleaning, and the delivery of bed linen and towels. For several hours we had no clear information and were left unsure of what was happening or when the problems would be resolved. The staff we met were polite and helpful, so the issue seemed to be with the overall organization rather than with any individual person. We even ended up helping other guests who had arrived without clear instructions on how to access their accommodation. The apartment would also benefit from some maintenance, and the listing photos do not fully reflect reality. The rooms appear much brighter in the photos than they do in real life. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the poor organization, lack of communication on arrival, and discrepancies between the listing and the actual property affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

No lo aconsejo para nada. La ubicación es lo mejor, está en pleno centro, pero reza para que no tengas ningún problema porque entonces ya la has liado. Cuento mi experiencia. Llegamos de estar todo el día de viaje con ganas de darnos una ducha y salir a visitar. Cuál es nuestra sorpresa que no hay agua caliente. Salía fría , pero fría fría. Me pongo en contacto con el número de tfno y me contestan al cabo de bastante rato y me dicen que espere un segundo que lo van a averiguar. He dejado el apartamento al día siguiente y sigo esperando respuesta. Llamaba y no me contestaban . Una impotencia muy grande. Otra cosa, no dejan ni un sobre de gel siquiera. Y en la cama nos pusieron solo la sábana bajera y encima una colcha sin sábana y a mi hija una manta. La verdad que daba un poco de asco. No lo recomiendo, yo donde no me puedo comunicar con los propietarios no lo aconsejo y encima si saben que tenemos un problema y te dejan en el aire sin darte solución, ni siquiera respuesta menos todavía.
