13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "CĂ  Bollani".



Frescoed apartment, located on the second floor, overlooking the canal, consisting of two rooms, both with two queen beds each, two bathrooms with showers, and a large living area with sofa and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.

The building does not have an elevator.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Overall we had a great time. The place was in a perfect location and therefore gets 5 stars however it wasn’t quite as fancy as it looked in the pictures. And the canal stunk so bad we couldn’t leave the windows open to enjoy the balconies

Comfortable for a short stay

Location was ok, in the middle of the city. The direction we received to locate the property was accurate and actually like a treasure hunt, the kids enjoyed that. Property from the outside looked run down with several trash cans filled in the center as you enter. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, it had 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a sofa that could sleep 2. The first bed I slept in sunk in the middle but we switched beds with 2 of our kids and were much comfortable. My main complaint is that it was not on the grand canal but on a small canal that had a bad odor and rats swimming it it which could be seen only from the back bedroom. We would have also liked a coffee maker. Although it was not what we are accustomed to, it was nice an comfortable for a short stay.

Venice stay

Apartment itself is beautiful as is evidently in a old palazzo. Love the frescoes on the ceiling. Good location in San Polo and pretty accessible to many places by walking. The apartment however had no wines glasses and lacked many of the basics that we have seen in other houses in Italy ( dish washing soap, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc). Other than that great visit.

Amazing property!

This is an amazing property! It is huge. The bedrooms have 20' ceilings with BEAUTIFUL paintings on them. We were Very impressed! Great location. 5 minutes to Rialto bridge. We highly recommend this property.
