Faucet is to be pulled up and then tutn left or right to get hot or cold water. If House keeper forgot to put tissue paoer, just dial zero to get supplies.

There us nothing wrong with the room 123 in 2huxh he stayed. Did not point out any deficiency.

The hotel was unsanitary and is located in a sketchy neighborhood. It was noisy and people were slamming doors and talking loudly until past midnight. In the morning homeless people were rummaging in the trash. When I signed up, I accidentally signed up for a smoker room. The smell in the room was awful and they would not offer a smoke-free room after I told her I do not smoke. The office was dirty and grimy as well and not very friendly. It was over-priced for the weekend. Very disappointed and I will sure to avoid this place next time!

Proper csre is taken for sanitation and even all clothing is washed with automatice mchines. AS motel was full, it was not possible to switch to Non Smoking room and given the signed room. There is a some smoke smell in smoking roooms. No homeless persons are allowed inside premises and no complaint regarding loud was made. Our efforts are always to serve better

Room was adequate heater worked, Hot shower, clean sheets and blankets. No bugs; bed was comfortable. If your looking for issues I’m sure you’ll find them. Priced right for less then $90 dollars a night Good luck finding a better room for less money in Ventura.
