Close to beach thats a thumbs .up....didnt like the fact that they charged my debt card before i ever got on my plane !!! I was supposed to pay cash when i arrived. But nope they charged my debt card ! And guy ay front desk nor the staff are friendly at all very rude and disrespectful. Will never stay here again ever!!

Disappointing

Online pictures lot nicer than facility...I would not return to this hotel, although the staff was very nice and helpful. No extra towels, only 2 bath, no face, wash clothes or hand towels, or pillows....also toilet paper at a premium...had to ask for more daily. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

El personal de recepción todo bien solo que a la hora de check in que era a las 3:00pm termino siendo 40 minutos después de la hora establecida ,me dieron otra habitación distinta a la reservada la cual tenía demasiada humedad con un olor horrible ,la chica encargada de la limpieza (que estaba a un lado de mi habitación ) desde muy temprano estaba platicando y riendo con su teléfono cosa que creo no va pues uno termina eligiendo un hotel para descansar más no para estar estresado ,el clima de la habitación no enfriaba muy bien ,cobijas viejas ,por ocasiones no había agua caliente en definitiva no volvería a ese lugar

Hotel, para descansar esta bien si solo lo ocupas para dormir, le hace falta aseo en el baño tiene mucho limo.. La habitacion se ve muy diferente a las fotos ya que evitaron que se apreciaran los detalles que tiene la habitacion. La ubicacion es buena tiene muchos lugares a la mano sin tener que caminar mucho. La atencion del personal es muy buena
