The apartment, located in an elegant and typical Ligurian building beginning '900, was the subject of a recent conservative rehabilitation work with quality materials and quality typical of the area.
The house is located in a quiet and reserved, a few hundred meters from the station and the center of Corniglia. The particular position on the hill, planted with citrus and olive trees, sloping down to the sea allows you to have a breathtaking view of the sea front.

Although located on the second floor, the apartment is easily accessible from the road surface by means of a flat walkway or the reserved parking on the property over stairs. The apartment is very bright because it has four windows that allow a pleasant ventilation even in the hottest summer days.
The house of 60 square meters, consists of a double bedroom with sea view; a bathroom with a large shower and functional; large living area with sea view table for 6, sofa converts into a comfortable bed and satellite television; full kitchen with all necessary facilities. Complete the apartment, a balcony with table and chairs, accessible from the living area and equipped with lighting for evenings and large common outdoor space with also of night lighting.

Great place for a week of walking
Very clean, amazing view and well equipped for our 5 day stay in Corniglia. The balcony was delightful to relax on after a day of walking and the location was perfect for strolling down into town. Check-in process could bave been smoother with Antonella but ultimately was an easy process. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely flat; breathtaking views
This property exceeded our expectations. After hiking the trails, swimming, and exploring the towns, it was wonderful to recap our days with a glass of wine or two on the balcony high above sea before heading into town for dinner. The property host was very accommodating and we had everything we could have wished for.

Gorgeous view
The apartment was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. Very comfortable. A word of caution if driving - the road is a very stressful drive but the end result is worth it. The town is small and not as tourist packed as the other villages. Train down the hill is an easy way to get to the other towns.

The apartment is nicely appointed and the views are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The bed is comfortable and the appliances are nice. There's no AC but a great breeze. Only problem is you have to close the bedroom window at night because of train noise so it gets warm. Also had trouble finding it the first day. Otherwise perfect!

What a View
The view from here was out of this world and I will stay here again if we ever go back. I gave only four stars on cleanliness due to the tiny ants that got up on the table and I gave only four stars on the check in process because Antonella was late. I was also not happy with the internet service as the router had to be reset on an hourly basis. The day we arrived, there had been a torrential rain all morning long, which probably attributed to the ant issue and Antonella's tardiness. Also, we came by car and that drive is not for the faint of heart. The other villages were easily accessible by train and we especially enjoyed the day we explored Riomaggiore and Manarola.

Hilltop Ocean View in Mellow Corniglia
The location of this apartment was perfect. If you don’t mind the initial trek uphill from the train station or you can take the shuttle (only tricky with baggage when busy). The walk into town is short and sweet. The cookware could use some updating as there are some Teflon pans and utensils. Otherwise we had all we needed to make simple meals (we never ate out due to food allergies). Toaster was appreciated. Wish someone would have warned us about sea urchins, my son stepped on one while getting out of the water. We wasted half a day trying to figure out what to do, getting treatment (pharmacy in Corniglia has a cream for it.). They are not toxic, and not a big deal, something I wish our apartment contact would have told us. There are no screens on the windows, which would definitely change the feel of the apartment, and we were lucky to not have an issue with mosquitos. The nights were windy and the windows which open into the house do not secure to anything so they banged around a lot until we secured them with chairs. The washing machine was broken when we arrived (with 6 days of dirty laundry for a family of 4) and our host kindly offered to wash them elsewhere, but they came back in the same dirty bag and were washed with a strong smelling detergent. There was nowhere to hang dry them other than a tiny rack that held about 2 shirts and some socks. The view was incredible and everything else As close to perfect as possible, Will be back for sure.

Wonderful Experience
The apartment is close by the train, which is helpful if you have a few bags (though still be prepared for lots of stairs & hills, pack light). It’s close to the Corniglia town center, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house was clean and had everything one would need from coffee to wifi, a hair dryer, shower amenities, etc. Above all the view is spectacular and the place was so safe. 10/10 would go again and highly recommend.

Most beautiful spot in Corniglia
A wonderful apartment with the most spectacular view. Corniglia is the quietest and most unassuming of the Cinque Terre villages, and also for me the most appealing. Everyone is very friendly. Our hosts, Emiliana and Antonella, were both kind, helpful and welcoming. The apartment has everything you could need. It is close to walks towards both Vernazza and Manarola. You can catch the train back. There are two general stores on the town square selling fresh fruit and veg, cheese, deli meats, bread, milk, butter, wine, but no fresh meat or fish. Altogether, a most enjoyable stay.
