The rooms were recently renovated but not professionally. Clean and new. Bathroom was super tiny couldn't open the door if using the toilet. Beds were comfortable. Our room overlooked what used to be a pool but doesn't appear to have been a pool for a while for repairs. Breakfast was excellent, eggs sausage baked goods very nice.

The pool is advertised but has not been in serivce for 8 months, we were not told that the pool was not available and were looking forward to using the pool. The extra fees for the pet were not clearly communicated at the time of reserving the room.

Nice place to stay, fair breakfast.. but the pool not in service… the turn off for us the housekeeping knocking your door @9:30 while the check out time is 11am, open your room using their key.

When I booked on Expedia I was specifically looking for a hotel with a pool. 3 kids in tow, all wanting a pool. The pool was closed, drained and nowhere near ready anytime soon. Thankfully Vernon has exceptional beaches and I was able to keep the kids entertained. The continental breakfast was what you would expect… toast, fruit, yogurt, orange juice and most importantly coffee… they had tater tots and hard boiled eggs and sausages (partially frozen) I’m sure not on purpose… anyway the place was full and we slept just fine, it was clean and quiet. We all survived and had a good sleep.
