The most relaxing place you could imagine is waiting for you . We love spending time at this resort complex and know you will too. Seaside colors are cheerful and warm. The location of this first floor condo is perfect with the beautiful green of the first tee on the golf course and a fountain as your view. A screened patio is great for the morning coffee or the glass of wine or iced tea in the early evening. Just steps beyond the patio is a new resort-style pool and kiddie pool.
The stylish clubhouse offers a fitness center, areas for card games and board games.


This condo offers a beautiful kitchen, a very tastefully designed bathroom plus an extra sink and vanity in the dressing area . There' s plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen for you and
your guests. For your entertainment there are games, 2 remote TVs, and Wi-fi to stay in touch.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, one of the closest units to the main pool, Tiki bar, shuffleboard and beach access. Great views of the pond and golf course. We could hear the ocean waves when we had our sliders open. The unit is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It was well stocked with the essentials for cooking. There were several beach towels and a couple of beach chairs available. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Bug bites

My husband had some bug bites which were later determined to possibly be fire ants. Our hostess helped us coordinate getting out someone to spray around the property and the problem did not continue. Maybe spraying needs to be done more regularly? Otherwise our stay was great!

Wonderful month at Ocean Village! Beautiful community with excellent location and amenities. The unit was immaculate, well appointed and within walking distance to ocean, pools and restaurant-Tiki Bar. Fun par 3 golf course. All was well except for the pool

We couldn’t do anything without being reprimanded at the pool: no walking fast, no radio, no music, no food, no drinks, no jumping, no diving, no splashing. The lifeguards were constantly patrolling and grilling us. I was scared to get wet at the pool! I’m 58 and felt like I was a 5 year old kid for getting scolded.

Better than the pictures!

My family of three had a great stay! Clean, well decorated, well stocked, comfortable and safe! The heated pool and hot tub was great and the beach was relaxing! A VERY short walk to both max. 5 minutes from the unit. My husband and daughter played golf every morning before we hit the pool/beach. Very strict COVID precautions at the fitness center. We were sad the tiki bar and restaurant were still closed but we utilized the kitchen in the unit for making quick dinners if we didn’t want to go far. Owner was great and answered any questions quickly. We would stay here again!

Lots to do

Ocean Village is in a friendly gated community. Nice pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle board and golf all available. Nice walking path. Only wish the restaurant and Tiki bar would have open.
