This magnificent property, nestled next to the extinct crater of Monte Serra (one of 300 inactive craters around Mount Etna), is a spectacular balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna, with one of the most beautiful views in all of Sicily.

Mamma Erminia has a main building with a kitchen, living room, and a suite with en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom, and another en-suite bathroom.

The annex has a kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom.

All bathrooms have showers, and the entire house is fully furnished with new and elegant furnitures.

The kitchen of the main house opens onto a patio that in turn overlooks the beautiful garden with flowers, trees, lawns, and aromatic Mediterranean herbs.

The pool area offers an open-air panorama, complete with a BBQ area and a gazebo where you can spend unforgettable days enjoying Sicilian cuisine.

There still is a stone-oven room just by the indoor kitchen: ready for the pizza making?

And then, you'll never forget the conical shape of the Monte Serra volcano (a small inactive crater of millions of years ago), adjacent to Mamma Erminia, an almost mystical presence, a dip in nature.

The villa is located about 2 kilometers from the town of Viagrande, about 10 kilometers from the sea and the same distance from the Etna Park.
