The apartment, recently renovated, is large, bright and furnished with style. It is located in a central position: it is perfect for tourists who want to give up their car during the holidays. The beach and the famous Viareggio promenade with shops and boutiques are only a 5-minute walk away, as is the train station. A single weekly parking ticket will however be given to clients who require it.
By train you can reach Pisa (15 minutes), Lucca (15 minutes), Florence (60 minutes) and Le Cinque Terre (60 minutes).
At 80 meters there is the beautiful pine forest-park, where you can take relaxing walks in nature and rent bikes. Bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be easily reached in a few steps.

The apartment, with air conditioning (recently installed), is nice and quiet, it is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower and service room. It has two private terraces, one front facing the pedestrian street; the other is equipped for outdoor breakfasts and a utility room.
Sheets and towels will be provided free of charge. If excessive use of the air conditioning is detected, a small amount will be deducted from the deposit.
