This charming 40 mÂČ accommodation is designed to offer comfort and practicality, ideal for stays with family or friends. It features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a pleasant stay.
The kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The bathroom, located on the ground floor, includes a shower, washbasin, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate, for added daily comfort.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each fitted with a 140 cm double bed, duvets, and pillows, offering cozy and comfortable resting spaces.

A mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two single bunk beds, ideal for children.
Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace, pleasantly oriented to the north-west. It is furnished with outdoor seating, an electric barbecue, a retractable awning, and deck chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
The property includes one parking space within the residence. A free public parking area nearby is also available if additional parking is needed.
The beach and the main shopping street of Vias-Plage are both accessible on foot, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car.

By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
