Fabulous location

This hotel is in a fabulous location and offers parking, which is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was disappointing, ripped curtain, odd bathroom door, dated decor and shower needed a regrouting. The bed however, was very comfortable. For a short stay, it was fine.

The bed comfort was decent. However no air conditioning which was clearly a lack of comfort as the temperature was quite high. The shower tray wouldn't drain the water causing the an overflow. Overall the experience was quite disappointing l.

One dua in Vichy

The hotel has it's own reserved parking lot but you have to reserve it wjen you make your reservation. It was mot clear from the website. Our rooms were clean, and modernized. Great location in center Vichy. Staff was very helpful tryimg to find a covid test site on a Sunday. The restairamt was excellent.

Great quality, value stay and food.

Once again the Logis de France label comes up Trumps. The hotel is right in the middle of this delightful city. If you forget to book their private parking then there a public off street one round the corner. The staff are excellent, the restaurant provides wonderful value and quality. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but very quiet and comfortable. They are being refurbished. Keep some time to visit the city, it's a delight.

one night in Vichy

the hotel was clearly once quite grand. the room we stayed in was shabby but it was only 2 stars! the bathroom was reasonably clean but not very private. we turned up on a sunday when the markets were on, which filled the streets surrounding the hotel, so we had to park streets away. however the parking cost was cheap.

Quaint & convent

The room was small. It was not air conditioned & the weather was warm. There were not any fans either. The window opened but it looked out to other peoples balcony, so it did not provide a solution for air. The reception was pleasant but did not explain that they prefer make reservations if you are going to eat in the dinning room. The food was good and so was the service. The room and bathroom were clean. The we're flexible on checkout time.

Excellent hôtel, parfaitement situé dans le centre, à proximité des axes commerçants principaux de la ville, il a cet avantage de proposer un parking privé et sécurisé dans la même rue que l'hôtel. L'accueil a été parfait. La chambre était parfaite, très propre, la literie excellente et les oreillers moelleux. Salle de bain impeccable, dotée de produits d'hygiène. les + : plateau bouilloire, coffre fort, frigo, bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée, literie de très grande qualité ainsi que le linge de lit,Tout était parfait. Le copieux petit déjeuner était servi dans une très belle salle à manger avec beaucoup de choix et de produits frais. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour dans cette très belle ville d’eau .
