Casa Andreina A is a pleasant and spacious independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Andreina A you will enjoy a wonderful view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of Marina di Vico Equense. Casa Andreina A is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Vico - Piano - Sorrento line at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach (Marina di Vico Equense beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). You will reach Casa Andreina A walking past a small entrance gate and going up approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Andreina A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). If necessary, you can park larger cars for a fee in a private parking space (reservation needed, please inquire with out staff), at approximately 300 meters/330 yards.

Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of Marina di Vico Equense.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house. The room has a double-glazed window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window with a view on the alleyway at the rear of the house.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a double-glazed window which overlooks the back of the house. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Wonderful location on Amalfi Coast

Wonderful location on Amalfi Coast... Vico Equense was not crowded like other towns. Had wonderful restaurants, which we could walk to. View from balcony was stunning.

We had a wonderful visit. Our host Elvira was very prompt in replying. She helped us with arranging drivers, suggesting local public beaches and restaurants. We walked easily (uphill) to train & bus stations, little shops, grocery stores and the pizza street festival was a bonus!!

What a beautiful home

What a beautiful home!! Tiled floors were fantastic, inside and outside. Loved the terrace with breath taking views. Casa Andreina A was clean, kitchen functional, beds comfortable. Lucky to have found such awesome rental to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with daughter and granddaughter.

We just loved the house

We just loved the house - it had everything we needed but above all was the fabulous view over the Bay of Naples. It was also useful to be able to see the beach from the house to check how busy it was! The terrace was huge so much so that we thought it was shared with a next door property! The property is private and not overlooked. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The main shower worked well. We loved all the large patio doors which opened on to the terrace and made the house feel very bright. Francesca, the manager, was very welcoming - her English is excellent and she answered lots of our questions. We found the property on your site and liked your website. Communication all the way through was excellent with a personal touch. The description of the layout of the property could have been better.

Happy Place

We visited Naples two years ago. We’ve now visited the area again with our daughters. Vico Equense is a lovely little town, it has everything you need, supermarket, small shops, restaurants, bars, chemist etc. Elvira the property manager is lovely. She replied quickly to any queries, was very helpful and sorted a small problem we had very quickly. The property is lovely, the terrace and roof terrace are fabulous, the views are amazing. The property itself is all on one level apart from the roof terrace but the access to the property is via a cobbled hill, and stairs up to the front door. Like most places in the area there are a lot of hills and stairs. Bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The train station is at the top of the hill which is ideal, easy to use and economical. Naples is about an hour in the train. Sorrento is about 15 mins in the train. Vico is a lovely place to base yourself and the villa was very clean. The bathrooms are modern but the kitchen is older, functional but in need of updating. It’s all totally worth is for the outside space and views.

We loved it

We loved it! A relaxing place to be. Yes, the decor is interesting but the apartment is spacious, everything works, the view is amazing and the outdoor spaces are great to sit out. There is the occasional Vespa passing but it doesn't really bother you. There is a garage to park your car. The walk into town for dinner, plenty of good restaurants, is a gentle 5 minute walk up the hill. We would go back. Just a great experience, easy to book, your house keeper was very helpful.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea and a great view of Vesuvius. You can walk up the hill into the town for dinner in 5 minutes. The apartment decor is interesting but it is very spacious. Good outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the views. Apart from the occasional moped, a quiet place to stay. We would go back again.

wunderschöne Lage mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir verlebten in diesem Haus zu fünft zwei wunderbare Frühlingswochen. Genossen besonders die grandiose Aussicht auf Capri sowie den Vesuv von der Terrasse sowie der riesigen Dachterasse! Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Pflasterstraße, die zum Strand (Ca. 500 m) bzw. kleinem Fischerhafen führt. Es war alles Nötige an Ausstattung vorhanden, z.B. auch Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspülertabs für die ersten Tage, Seife in den Bädern und Gewürze und Öl in der Küche. Wir vermissten nur ein paar Details wie eine große Pfanne oder einen fünften Stuhl am Esstisch. Beide Duschen sowie die Wachsmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei und die Betten waren auch bequem. Handtücher und zusätzliche dünne Decken werden gestellt. Der Manager war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Man kann von hier tatsächlich ohne Auto die wichtigsten Attraktionen erreichen (Napoli, Pompeji, Sorrent, die Amalfiküste mit dem Bus ab Stabia oder Sorrent), zur Bahnstation sind es ca. 750m bergauf. Einkaufen ist im ca. 1 km weit entfernten Conad und dem sehr empfehlenswerten Gemüselädchen daneben sehr gut möglich.In der kälteren Jahreszeit sollte man allerdings berücksichtigen. dass das Haus schlecht isoliert und kaum beheizbar ist, nur über Klimaanlage für 10 pro Tag, aber auch nur im hinteren Schlafzimmer.Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche

Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hervorragend. Wir wurden persönlich von Francesca empfangen und herumgeführt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, alle haben ausreichend Platz. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Dinge zur Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Das Beste jedoch ist der große Balkon, der über alle Zimmer reicht und den tollen Blick auf den Golf und den Vesuv bietet. Sämtliche Fenster lassen sich komplett öffnen. Dazu kann man auch sehr schön auf der Dachterrasse sitzen. Der nächste größere Supermarkt liegt hinter dem Bahnhof, mit der steilen Abkürzung hinter dem Haus braucht man 10-15 Minuten. Durch die Lage an der Circumvesuviana sind Ausflüge leicht machbar. Ein Hinweis für Bahnreisende: der Weg nach unten zur Wohnung ist etwas mühsam, zurück haben wir uns von Francesca ein Taxi bestellen lassen. 2 kleine Minuspunkte: wi fi ist nicht umsonst, sondern kostet 30€ extra. Und es riecht etwas feucht, mit kräftig Lüften war es nur noch im letzten Raum zu merken. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Peaceful setting with a magnificent view. House is quaint with real local charm. Couldn't ask for a better location - Vico Equense is the ideal spot to be based on the Amalfi Coast. Summer in Italy were just terrific to deal with - very responsive and helpful. The property manager, Francesca, was very helpful. Overall, a great base for a relaxing and wonderful vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Andreina A

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Andreina A. The view was stunning. The property was spacious and very clean and tastefully decorated. We had easy access by foot to the local town which was a real bonus. There was quite a bit of passing traffic up and down to the beach but this did not bother us very much. The manager of the property was very helpful. We are pleased with the service provided by Summer In Italy.

The view from Casa Andreina A is absolutely beautiful

The view from Casa Andreina A is absolutely beautiful. An unbelievable view... Amazing. The terrace is a great place to see and enjoy it any time, especially in the evening when you can see lights and fireworks. Highly recommend Summer In Italy services. Everything was very smooth, no issues, no problems. Great value for the rates. Thank you!

This is a million dollar view

This is a million dollar view!!!! The terrace is huge! The access to the beach into about 1-2 min. The caretaker Mr. Renato is a very helpful and kind man, he gave us a lot of advices and tips. We would definitely return. Summer In Italy did a wonderful job! I will recommend you to my friends!!!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this rental property

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this rental property. With only 2 of us in this large rental we had plenty of space to roam around! The outdoor deck/terrace was beautiful and we could watch the boats go by on the water out front. With only 30 stairs to climb it was easy access to the property. We were met in town and received excellent service showing us the property and checking later that all was going well. We really enjoyed our stay there. We had a great experience with Summer in Italy. Easy to book, easy to use the website and great service from all we had contact with!
