The Space:

Older kids and adults will love the ability to leave the car in the basement car park and walk to popular cafeâs, shops and the beach front walking tail/ bike way to Port Elliot or Encounter Bay. This beachfront apartment is situated on the ground floor and offers easy wheelchair access to the rear and full access via a lift from the car park. The apartment is spacious with open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, balcony with bbq and space to relax.
Please note this apartment has one car parking space allocated in the basement car park, but there is time unlimited street parking on Flinders Parade right in front of the apartment.
There are three bedrooms, all with Queen beds. Two bathrooms service the apartment.

There is one car park available in the secure basement car park but plenty of parking in the street in front also.
The lift will take you straight from the car park to the apartment.
Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.
A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
Interaction with Guests:
You will be greeted on arrival if we can. If not, the keys will be in a locked box at the property.
We could not fault this apartment at all! The water view was lovely with a stunning sunrise every morning and the location meant we could leave our car and walk anywhere in Victor Harbor with ease. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The bed was sooo comfortable and the towels soft. The check in process was straightforward, Kim was an excellent host and communicated all the details we needed, as well as following up once we were in to ensure all was ok. There was also a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived which was a lovely surprise.All in all an 11 out of 10 experience and highly recommended.
The apartment was beautiful. Across the road from the beach. Perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Best place Iâve ever stayed. Thank you.
The property was as described online. It was well appointed and with a good layout. My only negative feedback is that itâs a little tired - the rugs, cushions and dining chairs could do with an upgrade.
We had a lovely time
Perfect location for walking to cafes and restaurants. Pleasant sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and watching people along the reserve. There are no fly screens on the large glass doors so if it's fresh air your'e wanting then you will need to be ok with that.. the ducted air makes up for this. The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Overall it is exactly as the pictures show, a nice light modern apartment.
This property was exactly as advertised. You couldnât get a better location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay... even some pantry staples. Easy walking to shops and restaurants and many tourist sights. Excellent value.
The unit 10 apartment was fantastic with its location for starters the views morning and night melted our hearts. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very homely and inviting. No complaints from any of our party of 5
