Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, prompt delivery of items requested and lovely staff. They only clean your room, I think every three days unless you request it. Not a problem.

This is an older property. It is in an excellent place in the inner harbor. The location makes up for the aging condition of the rooms and amenities We have visited this hotel several times and come back because 2 features: 1. The location 2. Ease of parking We will be back

Great room for the price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When I ran out of Keurig cups, they gave me a mound of them to make sure I didn’t run out. Right on the bay front, get to see the ships and boats coming and going. What didn’t make sense to me though, they have a fridge, kitchen sink, pots and pans, forks and spoons, and a nice oven/stove top, but there is no exhaust fan over the top of it. So whatever smoke or smells you’re gonna get whilst cooking, there is no way to get it out of the room. And the fire alarm is only a couple feet away. That’s the only thing I found kinda weird.

Room was great! Immaculately clean and bed extremely comfortable.... one thing we didn't realize was how noisy it might be, being right above the restaurant, but even having said that it was tolerable. Parking was free so that's always a plus.

Very uncomfortable beds and hot rooms. Recognize the hotel warned us there was no AC, however there must be an hvac issue because we couldn’t turn down the heat in the room and it was roasting the whole trip even with the window open.

Great if you want a cheap decent place to stay. Room was clean. I did find the "queen" bed to be on the smaller side. Would get a higher rating if they had air conditioning as I need a pet friendly room and it was a pretty hot summer.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel notifies you when you book that the rooms don't have air conditioning and certain rooms look out over the street and harbor and can be a little noisy if you keep the window open. I closed the window and didn't have any trouble with noise; the room came with a table fan. The bathrooms are a little dated and there there was one step up into the bathroom in my room. No problem, but something to keep in mind. I ate in the bar side of the restaurant and had a great vegetarian salad. The hotel is just across the harbor and had a great view.
