The room was clean, nicely decorated. The heat was set so it was warm and cozy .The Christmas log fireplace was on the TV when we entered the room. It made for a warm , inviting introduction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also had breakfast in the restaurant , which was really good. Would recommend

The room was excellent and I liked the fact that I could choose to have it serviced or not. Because I was there for a family event and did not know what the schedule was, it was great not to have juggle around times to be in or out of the room. I was a single occupant, so there was not a lot of cleaning to do. The restaurant also had great staff.
