It was a great location and was nice to have a bar in the hotel. It was disappointing that the pool was not available due to mechanical upgrades

The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The elevator needs servicing as evidenced by the lurching when it gets to a floor. The place was dirty - my room had hardwood floors that had not been swept or vacuumed. When I lost an earring and had to get up close and personal with the floor I almost vomited. I was 20 minutes late with checkout (my fault completely) I was greeted with a knocking at my door and a very unpleasant blonde lady and a teen with green hair at my door. My hotel door did not securely close and I had to force it shut and double lock it to make sure it stayed closed. Not a ringing endorsement to a single woman travelling alone. Not soundproof. About 10 tv channels to choose from. The parking was great and easy. It is walking distance to everything you need. The check in staff accommodated a delivery to my room of flowers for my birthday so I appreciate that. But I found the staff at the hotel to be hit or miss on terms of professionalism and friendliness. Next time I won't hesitate to spend an extra $100 to stay elsewhere.

Broken door and door lock. Unable to lock door without great effort by employee from outside. Not willing to leave luggage in room. Had to leave luggage in car. Unable to provide another room. Offered a refund without a solution on where to stay at 7 pm. No maintenance department. Left for late dinner, having to make do with room.

Everything was great about the hotel. The views, the proximity to everything, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms were awesome. The only thing we did not like was that there was no air conditioning and it was so hot! The fan and leaving the window open did not do the trick. But even knowing that, I would still stay there.
