This single-level retreat features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a natural gas barbecue, and a comfortable dining/living area with leather seating. Accommodation includes a master suite with a king bed (sleeps 2) and half bathroom, a queen bedroom (sleeps 2), and a large bedroom with two queen beds (sleeps 4), adjacent to a laundry and bathroom. A private, fenced garden with a delightful courtyard, adorned with wisteria, passion flowers, and herbs, provides a tranquil outdoor space for dining and relaxation. Free parking, near bus stop, shops, restaurants, UVIC, Camosun, 6 minute drive to Cadboro Bay Beach-Gyro Park, and 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Adjacent self-contained property "Garden Cottage & Bunkie @ Horner Park", sleeps 4 so both rentals can be combined for larger groups.
