Everything was fantastic about this property. The lounge, the cocktails!, the lobby and the service. Also, the pool was much larger and warmer than I expected from the photos. Pool boy was pretty awesome too. The only minor complaint was the lighting in the washroom was dim! Maybe on purpose! Other than that minor issue (my friend's complaint, not mine) I would rate this property 9/10. Fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again!!!

In a central area and greatly convenient to ferry terminals and downtown. Gorgeous gardens and well kept property. My room was not quite as nice as I was expecting for the money spent- perhaps it had not yet been updated as is reflected in some of the photos. Morning staff were really kind and helpful, I wish that the night staff had been the same after a long journey before checking in. It would be helpful to know about how the parking situation works in advance- especially for those arriving late at night.

Excellent Hotel at Inner Harbor
Requested a king size bed. Only had two queen bed rooms on arrival. Valet service very slow… allow at least 30 minutes to get your car. Great location. Everywhere is walkable.
