Relaxing stay in Victoria

We were upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. This had 2 balconies to enjoy the views over the water. The gym was good (as was the pool) and the cocktails in the bar were well made. Paking under the.hotel was convenient. The hotel is a short walk from.all the central amenities and the shops/restaurants.

The service was excellent. The front desk staff was wonderful. There was a mixup with the bill. It was my error, not theirs. Even though they likely knew that it was my mistake, they treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. When I realized my error I immediately let them know and they just politely thanked me .
