The property itself was nice and well maintained, the check in was not good. We arrived at 3pm and once we checked in and were given a card key, we went to our room. To our surprise, it wasn’t cleaned up from the previous guests. We went back downstairs to the front desk and asked for another room. Evidently the hotel was fully booked so we were told to wait for housekeeping to clean it. So we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour until we were told that it was ready. Not a good experience.

The hotel needed a good scrubbing, carpets were old especially in hallways. Beds were very nice. Our room smelled like cigarettes in a no smoking building. Staff were great hotel was okay.

staff was very polite and friendly, easy check-in extremely busy and the vending machines were out of bottled water, understandable for the full hotel.

Did not get the room I'd booked, Room #204 is what i got, was ok, apart from a rip in the curtain, and the shower handle kept falling off, the room felt somewhat tired, needs upgrading.

Helpful Staff at Front Desk

We decided to stay an additional night and the front desk staff were very helpful and assisting us in doing so. We had to move rooms, but the 2nd room was as nice as the 1st one we were in.
