Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to write and share your stay experience! The entire hospitality team is delighted to learn your stay experience and would like to explain a little bit. We are an older hotel as we were built in 1963, every day. We work hard to maintain the building and ensure our guests feel safe and comfortable staying with us. We take away the coffee brewer to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The cleaning method is complex, and we want to provide a safe environment for our guests. Our breakfast used to be complimentary and available in the Great Room. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to suspend the complimentary breakfast. After trying a few methods, we found room service breakfast is the safest for our guests. Thank you for mentioning that the beds and pillows. Our luxurious craftsmanship of Stearns & Foster mattress provides great sleep! Another 5 hotel in Victoria provides the same mattress, but it is only available on their VIP floor. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you would stay with us again in the future! Sincerely,

Free breakfast is served daily. A computer station is on site, and both WiFi and wired Internet are free in public spaces. An area shuttle within 3 kilometres and a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) are free. A library, a terrace, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at the eco-certified Robin Hood Inn & Suites. The hotel can provide concierge services and a complimentary grocery shopping service. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Robin Hood Inn & Suites was completed in January 2022. This Victoria hotel is smoke free.
