Loved the bikes. My wife and I cycled the galloping goose trail all the way to sooke potholes, totally over 100km eek. The staff have been nothing but accommodating. We decided to stay another night.

It was a very clean room. Staff are all very polite, helpful, and very professional. Breakfast are very good but need more fruits.

The first impression was disappointment, it didn’t live up to it’s description, it looked and was tired. The implied ocean view with kayaks lined up along the jetty didn’t exist. Breakfast was minimal. The saving grace was the staff all of whom were friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast bar area was quite compact, and frustrating at times for guests serving themselves. Shuttle service to and from airport limited; and instructions to access that service are vague.

Everything was good, just a little loud in the mornings with the staff and cleaning carts. Warm eggs would be better . Smokers pay as well as non smokers,so a smoking area a little closer and safer.

Hotel pictures are beautiful by the bay but when we get there we could not recognize the hotel because it was completely different broken motel. Worse part was the room was smelling like dog poop, I felt like I was not breathing. Also breakfast area was dirty mess.

Todo excelente, cuartos grandes, baños limpios, sólo que no está tan cerca d l oarlamento para ir a pie. 15 minutos en coche. Tienen experiencia en bici y/o kayac pero no tuvimos tiempo de hacerlo. Desayuno bueno si te gustan los huevos cocidos.

Free, but very limited selection breakfast. Free use of bikes and kayaks. Large, clean rooms. Free parking. Coffee machines available in the "great room" offer wide variety of coffees. The staff and service were great. The hotel also provides free e-bikes and kayaks, and the Premium Apartment we stayed in had a living room, a bedroom with ample closet space, and a kitchen area with a 4-burner stove. This was great value for money!
