The room was very, very nice. I would and will recommend this hotel to everyone I know traveling to that area. And look forward to return in the future.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Arrived 1 hour early! Sarcastic Clerk upfront said room was being cleaned and couldn't check in. Executive suite was paid in full online days before arrival. An hour later and shift relief tried to check in again and the Idiot of a woman now at the front desk stated the room is still being cleaned so we can check in, but just cant release the key cards for the room till the maid is done! Are you serioussss? Room wasn't ready till 1 and 1/2 hrs later. Will Never use this Hotel again! Horrible Service for a Hotel with Top ratings! Had better service at Holiday Inn!
