An additional room on this level is fitted with 2 beds and its own shower, bidet, and WC, with direct access to the patio. The fully equipped open kitchen on the ground floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor, situated in a separate outbuilding, houses a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and access to the patio, as well as 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom complete with shower, bidet, and WC. This level also features a kitchenette with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and a small dining table. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the main property and the outbuilding. trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Oliviola, la propriĂ©tĂ© est parfaite pour 11 personnes au calme dans les vignes, piscine , transat , mais a quelques km de la mer et des commerces .Il manque juste des ustensiles de cuisine , casseroles, plat .Les chambres sont grande et spacieuse , literie trĂšs bonne .Le coin canapĂ© dehors , peux ĂȘtre a revoir ou nettoyĂ© .Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour .
