This detached chalet is located in the village of Viehhofen near the well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table that seats 10 people. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and you can relax in the sauna after a day of skiing! In summer, you can relax in the garden
The ski bus stop is at the bottom of the access road to the chalet. This puts you in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometres of slopes within minutes. With the Alpin Card, you have access to no less than three ski areas and also have access to Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. These three ski areas form a winter paradise with over 408 kilometres of slopes.

In summer, there are plenty of hiking and mountain biking routes. In Leogang, there is a downhill slope. In Saalbach, there is the 1000 m² adventure pool Käpt'n Hook, featuring waterslides and whitewater slides. There are also several golf courses, and you can be at the famous Lake Zell am See in 20 minutes. For your daily shopping and a wide range of restaurants, head to Saalbach-Hinterglemm or Zell am See
