Luderna - Casa con jardín Montcorbison

With capacity for up to 12 people, with 4 bedrooms, attic enabled as a bedroom, 3 complete bathrooms and two toilets. The Montcorbison house is located in a residential area very close to the centre of the village, in Vielha.
It is the right choice for large families who wish to enjoy the luxury of space.

The house is distributed over four levels.
The access floor with a large garage.
The main floor with a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and access to its large terrace, where we will also find a barbecue.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower for shared use and a last double bedroom with its own bathroom.
The upper floor, with sloping wooden ceilings, is equipped with 2 single beds, a chaise-longue sofa and 2 pouffes that can be converted into beds.
The property has a basement with an area ideal for special events.
The property is undergoing a process of improvement: in 2017 we wallpapered corridors and stairs, improved lighting in common areas and master bedroom, replaced decorative linen in this bedroom, added blackout curtains. In 2018 we have replaced the dining room chairs, lighting in this room. The upstairs has been re-equipped, replacing the existing sofa-bed with a chaisse-long sofa (due to arrive in May) and two pouffe-beds.

- All our accommodation is fully equipped and includes hotel-quality bed and bath linen for your stay with us. For the comfort of your family: towels of superior grammage, "bath blanket" size for your showers, white duvet covers always on all our beds.

- A small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dishwasher) and a toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided on arrival. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. Nor will you find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.
