The hotel staff were amazing they even upgraded us to help accommodate an early check-in. The bar, location, and overall experience were perfect. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the hotel felt a bit dated in its finishes.

Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!

Perfect Base for Exploring Vienna

Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien was the perfect base for exploring Vienna. The location couldn’t be better—you can walk to most of the city’s must-see sights, making it super easy to get around. Our room was clean, cozy, and just what we needed after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in a fantastic spot, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to via subway. Staff was ok but lacked local knowledge. Hotel is a little dated and biggest concern was the towel quality. 1st time in Austria so not sure if this is typical but extremely thin and rough. Lastly, the bathtub height is dangerous and easy to slip even for a young person.
